Trueears is built with a local-first architecture. Access, manage, and delete your data directly from your device.

Local Storage

Your voice is processed locally and in-memory during dictation and is not saved. Generated text may be stored locally (for example, in your clipboard/history, depending on your settings). We don't have access to your raw audio.

Minimal Sync

Only account status and subscription details are synced with our servers to verify your license. Your content remains yours.

End-to-End

Any data that effectively leaves your device for necessary services is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Gone in a Flash

These things are processed instantly and deleted immediately. We never save them.

You can export all your settings and custom vocabulary directly from the application.
